What destinations does VIP Society currently serve?
Las Vegas is our first and current active destination. Additional cities will be announced as they become active. All membership benefits are available in Las Vegas now.
What is the VIP Trip Pass?
The VIP Trip Pass is a one-time concierge service — not a membership. It provides concierge assistance for one trip of up to seven consecutive days. Your concierge handles pre-trip planning, itinerary building, reservations, and on-trip support. Accommodations, tickets, transportation, food, and vendor services are purchased separately.
How does Gold Access work for multiple trips?
Gold Access is an annual membership. From the moment you join, your concierge is available for every trip you take to any active VIP Society destination throughout the year — no per-trip fees.
Is the Black Card available for purchase online?
No. Black Card membership is application-only and costs $10,000 per year. Third-party products and services are purchased separately.
Do memberships include accommodation or tickets?
Membership fees cover access, planning and concierge coordination. Accommodations, tickets, transportation, food, beverages, vendor services and experiences are purchased separately. Members receive preferred rates where available through participating partners.
How quickly will my concierge respond?
Concierge requests may be submitted 24/7. Gold Access and Black Card members receive priority handling, with Black Card receiving VIP Society's highest response priority.
Can VIP Society guarantee reservations or sold-out tickets?
Our concierge team uses VIP Society's network to assist with hard-to-source reservations, premium access and sold-out events. Availability and fulfillment are not guaranteed. We use access assistance, priority sourcing and VIP coordination through our partner network — subject to availability.
